Dragan graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, and completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Law (“Techniques of International Tax Planning”) and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies (majoring in public finance and financial law). The topic of the PhD dissertation is “VAT in the digital economy”. He is the author of several scientific papers and expert opinions published in the magazines Law and Economy and Annals of the Faculty of Law on the topic of tax law, with an emphasis on international tax law.

Dragan has more than twenty years of work experience in the fields of banking, finance, accounting, tax and business consulting in companies such as Deloitte, Raiffeisen bank, Hypo Group-Alpe-Adria leasing, Credit Agricole bank, AIK bank and others. He is a member of the Serbian Fiscal Society (SFD) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is the director of Smart Tax Solutions d.o.o. White City. His professional areas of work are tax law, accounting, financial consulting and risk management.

He speaks English, and German is used. He enjoys reading, recreational running and playing the guitar.
