He was born in Podgorica in 1985, and he finished high school in Podgorica in 2004 and then enrolled at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. He acquired the title of graduate engineer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 2009, and in 2012, after completing his master’s studies, he received the title of Master Engineer in systems engineering and radio communications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. Since 2011, he started working at the Ministry of Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia on the project Digitization of Television in the Republic of Serbia. In January 2014, he was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia as the head of the subgroup for radio and telecommunication terminal equipment, negotiating group 1 (movement of goods) in accessing the Republic of Serbia to the European Union. As the head of the subgroup, he participates in the explanatory and bilateral screening of Chapter 1 in Brussels. At the end of 2014, he got a job at Telenor Serbia, working until 2020. At the beginning of 2020, he moved to Infobip, then in 2022 to Q Agency, and at the end of 2022 he was employed in Ananas E-commerce as Head of Product, where he now works.

He is one of the Rotaract Club Belgrade Dedinje founders, which he joined on May 6, 2010. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Rotaract Club in 2011, 2012, 2014, and 2016. In 2014/2015, he was elected president of the Rotarad Club. He participated actively in organizing club actions during 2010-2016 and in selfless support of the activities of other Rotaract clubs in Serbia and the region during the mentioned period. The humanitarian play Man in a Red Suit, which was performed in Belgrade and Niš, in which he also acted a humanitarian action walking with blind and visually impaired persons, are activities that he is most proud of because he enabled their successful implementation through active participation. He represented the Rotaract Club at the Rotaract European Meeting in Belgrade 2011 and Turin in 2012. At the end of the Rotarian 2015/2016 year, he was proclaimed an honorary Rotaract Club Belgrade Dedinje member. After the end of his Rotaract career, he joined Rotary Belgrade Dedinja, where he was the club president in 2018/2019. In the Rotary community, he initiated an action of planting trees on the fortresses on the banks of the Danube, Golubac Fortress, and Ram Fortress. The continuation is yet to follow in Rotary Belgrade Terazije.
